How does Nest work?

Investors select a Nest property and acquire fractional interests that represent an indirect ownership interest in that property. The investment delivers passive income without management responsibilities.

Once you have invested with Nest, you will receive quarterly payouts from any rental income (rents less fees, expenses and any reserve allocations), while Nest handles operational responsibilities.
